The Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES) plays a crucial role in protecting the sturgeon species from which caviar is produced, ensuring that international trade is legal, traceable, and does not threaten their survival. Complying with CITES requirements means contributing to species conservation and environmental protection, while also ensuring ethical and legitimate trade.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring that caviar reaches global markets in compliance with international regulations. We offer comprehensive support, product and CITES training, and ongoing collaboration to ensure every aspect of the import process is managed with maximum efficiency and compliance.

Responsibility:

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers in the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering) and in specialized shops
• Present and promote our exclusive caviar selection, highlighting the quality and uniqueness of our products

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the luxury food sector
• Ability to build strong, long-lasting business relationships
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel within Italy
• Knowledge of the caviar market or willingness to learn its details
